SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your shirt is custom printed for you upon order and processing usually takes just 3 to 5 business days.
During peak holiday season, or if there is a huge rush in orders, printing can be delayed. It's always a good idea to place your order early as possible if time is a concern.
Shipping times are additional to processing times.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are subject to weather, and carrier delays, both of which are out of our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us before you return an item, and we’ll do our best to figure out a solution.
If a product is faulty (wrong product, misprinted or an error on our part) we will resend a replacement to you at our expense.
Any claims for misprinted/faulty items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a detailed description with clear photos of the problem item and we will do our absolute best to solve the issue.
We cannot refund orders for buyers remorse, or accommodate exchanges once an item is in production. All items are custom made to order and once in production it’s too late to change the order so please order carefully. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size, design or product after an item is in production.
If you think you provided the wrong address contact us as soon as possible so we can update your address before it gets sent out. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier,
the shipment will be returned to our printing partner and you will be liable for shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing partner and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
